Characteristics of 718 mold steel

1: Used for large and long-life plastic injection molds, such as molds for household appliances and computer casings. Due to its high hardness, the blow molds for plastic products molds with high surface finish can be used as slider forming tools in plastic molds; mold parts that can be flame hardened or nitrided as required by the production. Type of steel: Pre-hardened plastic mold steel Features of steel: Polishing, galvanic corrosion, good repairability and cutting processability Factory state: Hardened and tempered to HB290-330
Vacuum degassing refining process is pure steel, suitable for plastic molds requiring polishing or etch processing.

2: Pre-hardened supply, can be directly used for mold processing without heat treatment, shortening the construction period.

After forging and rolling, the structure is dense, 100% ultrasonic inspection, no pores, pinhole defects.
