In this chapter, it mainly describes the daily maintenance and its projects, and
the common troubles and the trouble shootings of 200tons
6.1 Machine Maintenance
6.1.1 During maintenance and repair, please switch off the general power supply
of the machine, and do by the designated personnel.
6.1.2 Definition of the personnel of maintenance and repair
1. Operator: who is trained by operation and maintenance course, and
understand the functions of parts of this machine.
2. Maintainer: who owns the knowledge and technology related mechanical,
electricity and maintenance, and understand the functions of parts and risk
of the machine, and trained by maintenance and repair course.
